National All Star Racing Association to Now Sanction June Jam at Bluegrass Speedway June 19

Bardstown, KY-May 2, 2010- Bluegrass Speedway track promoters David and Anita Ferrell are proud to announce that C.J. Rayburn’s National All Star Racing Association will now sanction the track’s 9th Annual June Jam event on Saturday June 19.

With the rainout and cancellation of the track’s previous scheduled NASRA event back on April 24, the Ferrell’s wanted to get another date with the NASRA tour and the June Jam event was originally scheduled to be unsanctioned, but will now be sanctioned by the Indiana based group that is in it’s sophomore season of presenting Dirt Late Model racing entertainment.

So with this announcement, the 9th Annual June Jam at Bluegrass Speedway on Saturday June 19 will pay $3,000 to win for the National All Star Racing Association Late Models, along with a weekly racing series program for the UMP Modifieds and UMP Street Stocks, with the WBRT 1320-AM UMP Sportsman having the evening off.

Bluegrass Speedway is located at 2221 New Haven Road at the intersection of Kentucky Highway 31-E and exit 21 of the Martha Layne Collins (Bluegrass) Parkway. David and Anita Ferrell are the track promoters and present dirt track sports entertainment on Saturday evenings from mid-April through September.
