Daniel Baggerly "Bagz" $3,000 Payday in Fastrak Portion of USA 100

RURAL RETREAT, VA (May 21) - Daniel Baggerly, of Rural Retreat, Virginia, claimed his first feature win of the young 2015 racing season on Saturday evening, May 16 during the annual 'USA 100' at the pristine Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, Virginia!

Daniel posted the second fastest lap in his group during Fastrak Racing Series qualifying and later scored the win in heat race action. "Bagz" then rolled off from the outside of the front row and led the majority of the 40-lap main event. Despite a bout with a lapped car that temporarily caused him to lose the point, Daniel fought back to score the $3,000 windfall over Walker Arthur, Davis Lipscombe, Tyler Bare, and Ray Cook. The big win last Saturday served as an early Wedding present for the twenty-four year old driver, as Daniel and his fiancé Kim will wed over the Memorial Day holiday weekend.
