Late Model Hall of Famer and 2013 National Dirt Racing League (NDRL) Late Model Champion Billy Moyer joined Dirt Cast to talk about his recovery from his wreck at the World Finals, winning the 2013 NDRL championship, what it means to him to be the first champion of the new tour, his change to Longhorn Chassis, building the Moyer Xtreme by Longhorn, his expectations for the chassis, looking forward to getting to test the new chassis, Kevin Rumley, continuing to sell and work on Victory Circle cars, his plans for 2014 and working towards the future.
