Miller gets a Fourth Place in TN Super Series Action, Maintains Point Lead

Lynchburg, TN (9/07/2011) - Daniel Miller and team competed in Tennessee SUPER SERIES action this past weekend Sept. 3rd at Winchester Speedway (Winchester, TN) for a $3000 To-Win event. Miller would qualify third quick in his group. Miller would start 10th in the 24 car field in the 40 lap main event.

When the cars rolled on to the speedway for feature time, the D&D Motorsports team had made the final set up adjustments on the GRT chassis and was set to march toward the front of the pack. Miller would make moves by riding the rim of Winchester Speedways high side, where other cars wouldn’t venture. Miller’s car was on a rail sliding around the top side. After it was all said and done, Miller advanced six positions to finish in the fourth position, behind David Brannon, Ronnie Johnson and race winner Brandon Kinser.

Miller left Winchester Speedways TSS event with a marginal lead in the points of the TN Super Series with 656 points, 68 points ahead of runner up Corey Posey with 588, heading into the TN Super Series finale at Duck River Speedway (Wheel, TN) scheduled for the next night Sunday Sept. 4th. The event on Sunday Sept. 4th was called off due to rain and will be ran at a later date.

Miller and the D&D Motorsports Team will be heading south this upcoming weekend Saturday September 10th, 2011 to North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, AL) for a weekly racing event.
