Anthony Burroughs Leads SRRS Into Thunderhill Raceway

Muscle Shoals, Alabama (09/16/10) –Anthony Burroughs will lead the Southern Regional Racing Series (SRRS) into battle this weekend at Thunderhill Raceway (Summertown, TN) in his #121 Tucker’s Mobile Home Service/Mastersbilt By Stuckey/Wall-2-Wall Racing Engine Super Late Model.

With just a few events remaining in the 2010 season, Burroughs has taken over the lead in the Southern Regional Racing Series standings as he pursues his first ever tour title. This weekend will see the “Muscle Shoals Madman” lead his foes into a pair of events at the high-banks of Thunderhill Raceway. The weekend will open with a $2,000 to win event on Friday, September 17th before concluding on Saturday, September 18th with a $3,000 to win program. Anthony entered a single event over the course of last weekend as he took part in a Weekly Racing Series Event at North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, Alabama). Those 33 degree high-banks are something to see. Wayne Burns who runs the joint is one great guy. Should be a great weekend at Thunderhill.
