Clay Fisher Claims First Win of 2010

Dewitt, AR (06/08/10) – Clay Fisher enjoyed a solid weekend of racing, which included him powering his #99 Fisher Recycling/Mastersbilt By Stuckey/CMS Racing Engine Super Late Model to his first win of 2010 on Saturday night at Greenville Speedway in Greenville, Mississippi.

Clay enjoyed his best weekend performance of the first half of the season over the weekend as he entered a pair of events in the state of Mississippi. On Friday night, he made the trek to Central Mississippi Speedway in Winona, Mississippi for the $2,000 to win, PRO Super Late Model Series Event. After failing to lock into the feature via time trials, he would finish third in a b-main event to earn the 15th starting spot for the 40 lap finale. He would pick off six spots during the course of the feature en route to a 9th place finish.

On Saturday night, June 5th Fisher entered a Weekly Racing Series Event at Greenville Speedway in Greenville, Mississippi. It would turn out to be a great night for him and the team, as he powered his way to the feature win, which was his first of the 2010 season!

This Saturday, June 12th Fisher Motorsports will return to Greenville Speedway in Greenville, Mississippi for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) Super Late Model event, which will pay $2,500 to win/$300 to start.
