Gary Christian Ready For First Show Me 100

Broken Bow, OK (05/26/10) – Gary Christian is eagerly preparing his #58x Pannell Chipping/LCM Cedar Fiber/GRT/Pro Power Super Late Model.

With rain creating havoc for most of May, Gary hasn’t been in action anywhere in over three weeks, but that will change this weekend as he enters a pair of Super Late Model events over the course of the Memorial Day weekend.

The team will enter their first event on May 27th-29th as Gary makes his DART Show Me 100 debut in the 18th edition of the storied event at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri. The $30,000 to win/$2,000 to start event draws many of the nation’s best drivers each and every year. The weekend gets underway on Thursday night with an Open Practice Session. On Friday night time trials and heat races will be held, while Saturday’s program will be headlined by b-mains and the 100 lap finale. The event will be co-sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) and the Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA). On Sunday, May 30th, the team will be in action with the M.A.R.S. Super Late Model Series at Monett Speedway in Monett, Missouri for the 10th Annual Tony Roper Memorial, which will pay $3,000 to win.
