Anthony Burroughs Returns To Action At Central Mississippi Speedway

Muscle Shoals, Alabama (04/02/10) –Anthony Burroughs will continue his 2010 season this Saturday as he invades Central Mississippi Speedway in his #121 ALT Transportation/Mastersbilt By Stuckey/Wall-2-Wall Racing Engine Super Late Model.

The team was in action last Saturday night, March 27th at Clarksville Speedway in Clarksville, Tennessee with the Southern Regional Racing Series Super Late Models. With 33 Super Late Models on hand for the $3,000 to win event, Anthony started the night by qualifying fourth fastest in his group to earn the pole position for a qualifying heat race. He would go on to win the qualifier to start 10th in the feature. During the course of the 50 lap event, he battled his way to a 6th place finish. This weekend, the team will enter a lone event on Saturday, April 3rd as they travel to Central Mississippi Speedway in Winona, Mississippi for a $2,000 to win, 40 lap event, which will be co-sanctioned by the P.R.O. Super Late Model tour and the NeSmith Super Dirt Car Super Late Model tour. Anthony currently sits second in the P.R.O. Super Dirt Car Series standings and second in the national points for the NeSmith Super Dirt Car Series.
