Eric Turner Joins MSR Mafia; Launches New Website

Hermitage, Missouri (03/21/10) – Eric Turner is the latest addition to the MSR Mafia team and is proud to announce the launch of his brand new website at www.EricTurnerRacing.com .

Eric, who is currently in his 12th year of racing, splits time between the driver’s seat of the Steve Rushin owned, #99t Rushin Towing/Swafford’s Amoco/GRT/Hatfield Racing Engine Super Late Model and the Turner Motorsports owned, #99t GRT By Phillips/Hatfield Racing Engine Open Wheel Modified.

Eric already has one win on the year as he picked up the $3,000 payday in the season opener for the Mid America Racing Series (M.A.R.S.) Super Late Models back on March 12th at Clarksville Speedway in Clarksville, Tennessee. Turner is coming off a 2009 season, where he finished second in the final M.A.R.S. point’s standings, just 5 points behind point’s champion, Terry Phillips.

This weekend, March 26th-27th Eric will fly to Sacramento, California to compete in a pair of events in Duane Cleveland’s GRT Open Wheel Modified.

Last weekend, Eric traveled to South Coffeyville, Oklahoma for the Bud Purkey Memorial at Mid America Speedway. The $6,000 to win event was to be sanctioned by the Lucas Oil MLRA Super Late Model tour, but inclement weather forced the event to be postponed.
