Santa Maria Speedway is very please to announce a new partnership with “The Rib Line” restaurant. The Rib Line will be contracted out to make and prepare all food in the concession stands. We have received many comments and concerns from our racers and fans, it seems that most common one was the food. Bringing The Rib Line on board we feel that this will resolve this. Owner Brian Appiano says “ he is very excited to get to work and bring quality food to the speedway, we want to help make the racetrack the place to go to for great racing and great food”. “We share the same enthusiasm as Ruben and Katy in making this a family event” The menu is still in the works but we do know that you still be able to get your wholesome track food as well as some new items. Tri Tip sandwiches and their awarded winning chili will be on the menu. The Rib line has two locations in San Luis County already, one been in San Luis Obispo and the other in Grover Beach. Brian and his crew are no strangers to this kind of task, they have a similar program set up with San Luis Obispo Blues.
