The rules for 2013 will not have any major changes that will keep you from building a car to the 2012 rules. There might be a few minor clarifications’ to existing rules in most division but nothing drastic. The only significant rule changes will be in the mini dwarfs which will be finalized very soon with rule changes to help with roll over prevention and motors rules. As for the 2013 racing schedule, I’m working on a few sponsor nights yet to be finalized and also working on a mini series with a track and as soon as the details & dates on that are worked out I can publish the schedule.
