There's just no need for it. If it was SMS, there team would be a told to find a different track to race at. I understand emotions and tempers are heightened in racing but if we allow people to act like that then what does that show the kids in the stands. There's enough factors in racing that teams have to deal with and fighting is NOT going to be one of them.
