Do hobbies need to pre register for this or do we just sign up on friday at the gate?...if i need to pre register where do i find the form? thank you

I found and downloaded the form but have a question...is it $105 each day for car and driver or $105 for car and driver for the whole weekend? dont want to send the wrong amount in...thank you
