If someone were to buy this CT525 what else is needed to completely get this in the car race ready? I am unfamiliar and could use some guidance. We have just bought a 604 and are still unsure what we should be getting to make this run good.

In order to get this motor race ready you would need to get an MSD box, headers, fuel pump, water pump/pulleys, flywheel, accusump, and carb...  There are probably deals out there that you can get all of the extras in some sort of a package deal.  You wont regret getting a 525, it is very easy to maintain and very competitive.

The motor was leaked down and compression tested, and it leaks down as good as a new one!
