Posts: 185 oakhills ca	mod gear for the duel 10/18/11 at 8:24am i have a 529 that i bought for half mile , which i havent used , will this be ok for the duel....im running gas in my mod with a bert trans and want to keep it around 7400 rpm. thanks

rick i ran a 29 my first year and only turned 6500 , dont no if i was scared to step on it or that hooked up , 383 that time . next time i ran a 43 w a 360 set the limiter to 7400 and never touched it (dont run a tach) gonna run the same 43 w377 this year and chip it probly the same , maybe max it out 7800 . yur call , its yur equipment . oh and im running E-85 "CORN FED " Grin

I dont have a complete rear gear but I have new 5:43 ring and pinion I'll let go for $100. I'm in Merced.
