.By No means did you offend me, I am all for speaking your opinion (every one) but with that said. When it comes to the way we do our job at the track rather it be the girl selling the hot dogs or the guy making the calls over the radio. It just gets a bit irritating to see on here day after day people talk about it. We all take are jobs very seriously. (some more the others) I guess all I'm saying is that if some one doesn't like the way we do something put in a application with SMS HR.. as far as the guy who sucker punched me last year, I would like to think I got the better end of that deal, but I could be wrong lol

We had a lot of kids in the pits because of the Mini-Dwarf races and a couple of them got caught up in the incidents of the night. While the adults get a thrill from a good fight it can be terrifying for the young kids.

Have you been to a little league baseball game lately...I have seen more parents fighting there than at races! Remember how NASCAR got on the map when Cale and Donnie and Bobby got into it on the last lap at Daytona...you can't buy that kind of advertising. Look at how many hits this has gotten already! I'm sure Chris is going to reap this type of exposure for a long time to come. Dave... when you get a chance, take a drive to Oildale and sit in turn 1. You will be amazed and amused all at the same time...LOL This is not something I condone mind you...but it sure is entertaining!

I would like to apologize to those that I had offended that night by fighting. Kearns tells us almost every pit meeting to stop in the front straight if you want to fight. I was looking for Robert Read when I got out of my car. Irwin was the one that stopped and started jawing at me so thats why we scrapped. After watching the debacle I will make sure to take off my helmet first next time.
That kid in the blue firesuit was in the 24 car and was also pissed at Irwin 72 in case anyone thought he was with me (he wasnt). He was also from bako.
We dont come to the races wanting to fight. We dont come to get wrecked either. All of us spend a lot of time and money to come out and entertain. If it bothered peope that much to see a fight I am sure CK wouldnt be pushing it every week.

I thought that the fight between Gary and Kevin was pure gold. Right on the front stretch right in front of the fans. That in my opinion is how it should be done. No going back to your pits and getting 4 of your buddies and then storming into somebody's pit. Any fight should be just between the drivers. Leave the crew guys in the pits. When Rueben and security is trying to break up a fight and 3 more guys are trying to jump in makes things a little rough.

I was actually in back BBQing when it all happened. Until I heard over the radio that some one had a tire iron. When I heard that, i immediatly ran to the pits and told my security to escort him out.
