The 66 had been lapped once or twice.  cars started to stack up behind him off of 2 and into 3. through 3 and off 4 they were cars going high and low to get around him. The car on the outside gets loose coming off 4 and gathers it back up while making contact with the 66.  We have seen this before The 66 is usually off the pace and has been for years now.
As a fan, I'm not happy about it. It's been going on for years.....

My son took the video with cell phone so the clarity is not all that great.

HE WAS BEING LAPPED FOR THE SECOND TIME IN ABOUT 6 LAPS.  THEY STARTED GETTING STACKED UP BEHIND HIM COMING OFF TWO.   HE CAUSED THE WRECK BECAUSE HE RUNS ABOUT 40 MPH SLOWER THAN THE FIELD.
AGAIN THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS WITH THE SAME CAR.....

It was his fault because he was so far off the pace that the cars never should have bee stacked up behind him in the first place....

I realize the 91 got out of shape and come down into him but like I said he was being lapped for the second time in about 6-8 laps. you got guys down on the apron trying to go around the 66 and to avoid getting ran over from behind.
  Papich  whiskied the throttle coming off and got loose but he had guys on his a$$ too

Speaking of first timers. Congrats to Wayne Dotson driving the 8L car. Cars a little tore up but he improved so much throughout the night. Hope you had fun.

Jason (91p) definatley played a part in the wreck and his car was wicked tight , but the 66 isn't just slow he cannot hold a consistent line even at a slower speed, jason tried to go around him high going into three and the 66 pushed him up he had to lift twice for the guy and was really just trying to clear him . I really hate to see the cars get tore up, especially the front runners, but when you have a rolling road block on that fast of a track it becomes dangerous . it was Jason's first time and mine too, the track got a lot tackier for the main and really made the setup bad, that is why I made him come to the pits on lap 15 to make an adjustment and it was better but by that time the 4 and 11x were at the back and wanted to get by the 8L real bad, they were kinda beating on him and Jason was apart of the next yellow also so I had him black flagged to save the equipment and carnage(live to race another day!). I know the 66 is on a budget but he does spend a fair amount of money, put another driver in that car and it will go a lot faster than it does now, my personal opinion and I have said this for a long time is that he should not be in this class, but far be it from me to tell someone they can't race . I know if I were crewing on that car I would have had him black flagged, you have to be able to realize when it is just not working well and the 66 just seems to be ok with going way too slow . Odie, it has nothing to do with helping the guy, he just don't drive a latemodel the way it should be driven or even close too it, hell you have some free time and race car knowlegde maybe you could help him . ok I'm done, time too switch gears and go mod racing again .
