Due to graduations scheduled on the May 30th weekend and the fact many SUDS 4 racers would not be able to attend the race May 30th at RFR. I’ve discussed with Rob the fact it would be better to concentrate our efforts on the High Dessert Shootout show. Without thinking deep enough into the actual date, we had set up a show expecting 30+ cars. With half the SUDS 4 cars gone due to kids, nieces, nephews and grandkids graduating, this is not possible. Being a smaller show now, our show would eat into the purse of the local classes and I felt this was not fair to them also. Rob and I have decided to cancel the SUDS 4 portion of the show and concentrate instead on the High Dessert Shootout where we expect to have over 45 cars for the class. I’m sorry I just didn’t research the date deep enough and just forgot about graduations. I will remember this for next year. On a side note, we have been approached for a couple of new shows with one of them to be in October and would give us 4 shows in a row, starting with the High Dessert Shootout to open it up with. Again sorry for the brain fade.

PS May 20th date; Orland has asked us to run 3 shows with them this year. June 6th, June 13th and October 17th tentatively. I am to confirm it with Dan sometime next week. I need the input from the SUDS 4 members and it has been very good in the day since Dan and I talked. Their track has been changed and is starting to take a set which will make it nice.
