a friend of mine just finnished building his new hobby stock for bakersfield... he wants to run it at victorville also... does anyone run there hobby's there? if so, what changes do you need to do to the car to run there?

also i heard that they can run the Hoiser tires as long as there on a 7 inch rim... any one know if thats true? becuase i have a bunch of soft compound's that i was gonna keep if he can... if not i'll get rid of them...
