I have had the opportunity to become more educated on the cause and collect rule. It does not matter if you spin or not. It does not matter if you come to a stop or not. What matters is whether or not you made contact with a car involved in the yellow. My understanding is that if you cause a yellow or contact another car in ANY fashion involved in a yellow flag you will be sent to the back. That is why, much to my dismay, I was sent to the back with Justin.

It doesn’t matter that I didn’t come to a stop or spin, because I did hit Justin (twice I believe). Driving through a yellow means driving through clean! It is also my understandings that if you stop or spin yourself to avoid another car (or cars) involved in a yellow and avoid contact that you will not be sent to the back. Hope this helps.

So, let’s go race and put all of this behind us!

Let's put to bed another one of racing_fan's assumptions. Flame out of a tailpipe has absolutley NOTHING to do with an engines size. Hell, I could make my lawnmower throw flame if I wanted to. The flame represents unburned fuel, i.e., rich mixture, not engine size by any means. The 11 car is not the only car out there that does that anyway. I have seen the 00 do it as well. Since this class is a STOCK class, maybe this is a function of an un-tampered with toyota carb(running rich at wide open thorottle). These are not alcohol cars, more fuel does not mean more power. Maybe the toyotas that aren't throwing flame are the modified ones...huh?

dario you no just as much as me but i was told today yes you can talk with ear phone's threw the cell phone . 1 other thing the racer's and crew should not have to put up a 200 protest if the offical's did there job . i'll tell you this yes it mite look stock under there being kinda dark under there come on now all you have to do is have a tape measure , plus i was told at my work why he don't race at ventura anymore by a person i no very well and he was told by someone who know's about the 11 car he don't race there anymore for 1 resine he cought dq . the only other car i've seen with that much steering in the rear of the car is when i helped on a dirt late model and as for some of you all all you do is bye a car allready done or build a car that's just a ok car i'll tell you this try building a good car from scratch with all new stuff i have and i have it ant fun then to go out and have someone take you'r car out for the win you'r telling me you would get mad . ya it's suppost to be fun but it ant when you get taken out not in 1 wekk but 2 week's in a row having to cut the car apart to fix it staying up all night the night before the race to beable to race you no i never said before till now there's 1 resine i sold all my stuff working on it by my self and the cheating going on plus the offical's i've had my run in's with them more then 1 time cost me the rookie of the year that 1 year

Dario, you probably know as much as I do, however I was personally told that using a cell phone would be O.K. All this wouldn't happen if the officials did their job. Before you say he's legal maybe you should try checking some measurments on his car. Someone at my work said he quit racing at Ventura because he got caught cheating. I havn't seen that much rear stear since I helped out some Late Model guys. It's easy to buy a car that's been done up but building one from scratch is a different story. When you build it and have someone take you out, it makes the experience well.. shity. When someone takes you out 2 weeks in a row, it forces me to go out and work on the car all night. This results in the whole thing becoming not fun. This is the first time I'm saying this, I sold my ride because of all the cheating in the division and I'm sick of going at it with the officials. My run ins with them even cost me rookie of the year one year.

Lets face it folks, from the beginning the officials did their job and racing_fan just has no clue. I thought that Kirstie Petersen spelled it out quite clearly that they had checked out every accusation and found no wrong doing.

"racing_fan" if you still don't get it, put up the protest money and shut up. I'm sure Andrew Greiman would love to take a few of us out to dinner on your behalf.

And to clear-up your latest little fantasy, Neither Andrew Greiman nor any of his cars have ever been disqualified anywhere period. The fact is, he is one hell of a driver and it sounds like you just can't except that fact.

I'm sure you plan on waisting a lot more of everybody's time with your manufactured nonsense.

I can't wait to see what you think up tomorrow, it's at least good for a laugh.

Is it really any wonder that a person who cannot spell let alone articulate their thoughts, is complaining about racers cheating as their only way of being able to win?

The story is always the same at every track in the country; a racer is sharp and does his homework, thereby producing winning results on the racetrack but, there is always some other competitor who has to cry foul as there couldn't possibly be a legitimate reason for winning in such dominating fashion.

Look at the part of this guys post where he talks about staying up all night the friday before race day to work on his car. The guys that are winning races dont wait until the day before to do their work, most that I know start on monday and are usually done come weds night. Being prepared is half the battle.

I agree completely, maybe racing_fan should stick to Bakersfield business and not worry so much about SMS.

It seems to me that he really has no reason to complain except to spread someone else’s misguided perceptions. He is probably voicing some friend’s frustration about not being able to achieve the points lead.

to the dirt hurt it's called working all week long hello plus it was wreck in the front and i had to cut the rear frame rail's out of it not to be mean but to get it done and race that following week leading and get taken out again by a lap car the car i sold i put more work in to that car then most . most mini's i no they eather sit on the trailer all week or at home and hardly worked on i had a shop just for the car at 1 point . every week i took that car apart make shear everything was ok . as for were that car is yes i no who's got it and i'm going to help get it back like it was it will be back at sms soon . you no i've been told time & time again my car with the driver in it could'nt beat the porche when it was there & that we could'nt beat darrin when he had his car well i proved it . i had'nt been in the car in all most 3 year's and i drove it the last 2 race's last year my first night out i had 3rd place then the last night was running good to . but all in all my car was washed on sunday's and put on jack stand's all week till friday night . sooo don't tell me about working on or keeping the car up & going
