Today marks the official beginning of the Ruben and Katy era at the Santa Maria Speedway. And we have also updated the website with some new features. More features will come on line soon as we begin to work towards the start of the racing season.

Special thanks to Clint Doll at Firethorn Marketing for the new web design. Clint took our input and came up with a look even better than we could have asked for.

I will be adding the ticket prices to each event details section in the schedule section. And trying to get the Driver Profile section functioning. Still working out the bugs, but glad people like it.

There is NO DOUBT that Chris Kearns got a great track revived, but it's a sure thing that Ruben and Katy will take it to new heights on enthusiasm alone.

Theyve got it together and will obviously be workng VERY HARD to EVERYONE'S benefit.

Nice web site, it looks good and will be great when we get to start putting up race results.

So far it seems the rain was in CK'S lease, SM is in a drought and the races are getting rained out in the desert in AZ.

Thank you everyone, great to read these comments. Clint from firethorn marketing has been working very hard on it along with Dave C. I am very please with the end result and feel that it will get even better once we add to it. Results will be loaded same night of races. Thanks again

I think we have the Drivers Profile section working now. Go to the SM Speedway website and let me know if you have any problems. Your profile wont post right away. They come to us first and then we post them. And don't forget to upload a picture of your car.

And thanks again for the positive comments on the website. Let us know if you find other areas that are not functioning and we will get on it.
