It was prep as good as they could due to water problems tony said from the night before. He said he wished he could go out and blade it smooth, but too many wet spots to take a blade to it

yes they were up and they said there going to bring more lighting off the top of the grandstands. should have good lighting but no one knows till there tested

It is not a 1/2 mile track. It was advertised when being built as a 3/8 mile, supposedly similiar in size to Hanford...There is only 1 true 1/2 mile in the state...Calistoga.    El Centro, if they ever re open is the next biggest track...

I talked to Tony last weekend and he said it measures 1/2 mile on the outside and 3/8 mile on the inside.  That was his words and he built it.

That is considered a 3/8 mile track, as I stated. It looks very wide and unless you are running against the outer edge the whole lap, it's a 3/8mile track. Kind of like Perris...They call it a 1/2 mile, maybe if measured at the fence..LOL  You can run Hanford's gear at Perris no problem

good to know about hanford and perris gearing about the same and i would use the same gear at hanford for stockton, sounds like ill be set with 2 gears for everywhere i might want to go in cali
