I need to put a winch in my trailer how many pound winch do i need to pull a late model up ramp overs

A 2000lb is capable.

We used a 2,000 lb winch and went through 1 per year...Now we have a 3,500 pound winch and it flys up the ramp overs and is much better for not a ton more $$

We just went the harbor freight route with the 3500 lb winch with a corded remote...they also have a wireless remote..We mount ours along the side of the trailer, through a removable pulley to center the cable but not to have the winch in the way all the time...
