What the best way to cut wheel opening area for a Mod body. Electric shears, manual shears or something that works better.

A pneumatic nibbler works pretty good. I always left a little material (1/2"-3/8") so I could roll the edge so it doesn't tear so easily around the wheel well and the outer edge. Kind of a pain, but makes a better panel.
