Hobby Stocks:

Saturday format:
8-10 car heat races
Top 2 from each heat will go to a 8-10 car qualifier dash that will line up first 4-5 rows in Sundays A-Main.

Sunday will be B's and A-Main

A-Main purse:

A-MAIN

1) $2000
2) $1000
3) $800
4) $600
5) $500
6) $400
7) $300
8) $250
9) $225
10) $200
11) $150
12) $150
13) $150
14) $150
15) $150
16) $150
17) $150
18) $150
19) $150
20) $150

$35 Non Qualifiers
$75 Entry Fee
$40 Pit Passes per day

Rules:
Bakersfield/Santa Maria rules apply with the following exceptions. Any 7 1/2" wide DOT street legal tire, 3200lbs minimum weight any time with driver. Engine 360 cu in max.
Any intake allowed with 5 ½” max height, OEM,Cast iron heads and blocks only - transmission OEM only no couplers (4 speeds OK). May use 1 (0ne) 2brl. Or
One 4brl carburetor. Gasoline only. 108” minimum wheel base. Must have 4 working brakes, 6” spoiler width of trunk OK. No weight jacks, Shocks,
stock location & mounts. No claim, No protest. No Radios. Safety will be strictly enforced. Locked rear-ends OK. No compression or vacuum rule. No Headers.

It says any 7 1/2 in tire so YOU ARE ALLOWED TO GROOVE ASND SIPE THEM FOR THIS EVENT!!! JUST tryin to find out the GREY area here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont think so. Do they allow Grooving and Siping @ the Bud Nats, cuz thats where these rules came from.

Know of a few Victorville and Perris cars that want to come, but they have 8" wheels, does that mean they can't run this race?

Dammit, I haven't done the infield pit since the sprint car about 96 or so, is there power down there, as our generator is permanently mounted in the trailer, and no compressor (we use compressed nitrogen).

But we can make arrangements, just curious what we need

pitting in the infield will be tough we have 2 cars 1 mod and 1 ss only enough equip. and tools for 1 pit . the most important part is the crew , there is only 2 of us , we are also the drivers . trying to race 2 cars there might be harder than it normanly is !!!

How are they going to fit all the street stocks and hobbys that come for this 2 days show? Are they going to be moving vehicles? Just Curious

Haulers and trailers usually are not allowed in the infield pits, so get there early to unload all your stuff and park the hauler outside
