Title: American Stock Trolls
Post by DaveBauerSS6 on 05/11/10 at 12:23am

Hopefully I can clarify a few things.
First, if you spent a few minutes with the milk guys your attitude would change. The boys are good kids and are working hard on the cars. Rich, Tim and Scott are fun to be with and are there to have fun. I'll remind you that they have a reputation for clean, respectful driving. Eric is just getting started with a motor that will stay together now and we'll see him with some wins this season. Seven cars working together will get better than average results. Its simple math.

I built all but one ( recammed it) of the motors and if I do my job right, there is no need for drivers to touch the motors. I accept the compliment from the other thread; I don't have failures very often.

The dq's last Sat were my fault, I should have caught both problems. None of the others in the group could have known, as I was the only one in these motors. I am checking all the motors and if any changes are needed , they will be done before the next race.

The feedback from the guys is they are no more than 3/4 throttle at the fastest part of the nite. The tacky nites are about behind us and the dry/slick is coming. If you think they are fast now, you are going to be more impressed soon.

18.        Any car and driver found with illegal cam shaft, heads, carburetor or locked rear end will be moved to Hobby Stock Division immediately for the rest of the 2006 season.  This is a non-touch engine and rear end division. Any alteration from stock will be considered a disqualification, and will be moved out of the division immediately.

THIS IS A MAJOR GREY AREA HERE SEE were it says 2006 that was 4 yrs ago RULES CHANGED since then!!

Whew, I'm sure that makes everyone feel better. No need to tech now Jimmy...Dave is gonna check it out.

I'm sure the milk kids are good people. I have an issue with you, Perrin and the guy crying in Victorville. You guys should have known better.
