Title: Mini-Dwarf question Post by 17t_racer on 05/09/10 at 1:17pm I was wondering why the track does not have the official on the back stretch have a green flag to wave when the cars go green. It would be the same thing as the light turning green on the big track! The official already waves the yellow flag because they don’t have lights and they can’t see the front stretch where the flagman is. I know they have the flags why don’t they use them. Last night I noticed that on average 8-10 cars were over ½ lap down by the time that they got to the flagman. I know this a learning class and it is for fun, but these cars that are a ½ lap down or more is a little frustrating to watch! JMO Bryan Terry |
Title: Re: Mini-Dwarf question Post by Wally_Stewart on 05/09/10 at 2:29pm Probably never thought about it. I know we have extra yellow flags but not sure about green. Good suggestion. I know the ones in the back really get strung out sometimes. |

Yes James has an extra green flag sitting in the flagstand. I noticed it last night! I think it would allow people in the backstretch get going! |
