The 2008 Santa Maria Speedway Mini Stock Champion, Justin Marsh, will be in the dunk tank this weekend as the Wal-Mart Give A Heart program will return to the speedway. All proceeds benefit Santa Maria's own Abel Madrid. An 8 year old boy who was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Wal-Mart will also be saleing benefit bbq tickets for May 30th at the Santa Maria Wal-Mart. Bbq includes a tri tip sandwich, chips and a soda. Also, One Way has partnered up with Wal-Mart and will be having a skateboard show, as Abel dreams to one day become a professional skateboarder.

If you put last weeks trophy girl on the tank you would get a bunch of old guys with pockets full of cash who couldn't even hit the target from 3 feet. Much larger draw than Justin Marsh in a tee-shirt. Or Justin Marsh in anything, ha ha ha !!!

By they way, HUGE thank you to SMS. Event was a success and Abel had a great time and can't wait to return next weekend.

A huge thanks is also in order to those who supported the cause with the dunk tank and also bought BBQ tickets.

I wish I had Crockett dunking Marsh on video.
