does anyone if there are going to be any changes to the american stock rules this next off season? mostly motor rules...because I wanted to start building a motor but didnt want to if they or anyone else wanted to make changes to the rules.

Absolutly no changes till 2009 season these rules are good for 3 yrs.

You can wait, but there will probably not be a meeting next year, just a notification of when the season will start.

We said at the start of the year till 2009. No changes to the class rules maybe porcedure rules as how the races are run but that is it. And a change in the way we handel situations in the pits and on the track, (i.e. ruff-driving and confrintations).
